  I agree with the previous post from 5 years ago. 5 years and same stuff going on. Hot water keeps going out, creep creeps everywhere. And this MF just unscrewed the light bulb talking about he trying to do, do something (where, and you don't stay here?) Third week and I'm already looking to move.
