  Manager Ron is very rude and not truthful. And you pay 5 x more for a product that is not up to standards. Got new fridge and had nothing but problems and when had them send another it was used. The manager was very rude made up straight out lies and tried anything to cover up the fact they was in the wrong. I was very nice came in with payment and asked to speak with someone on the fact of paying for new one and having a used one. Ron then in return got very rude and stated he had a bill for infestion of bugs which I do not have and in return when asked for invoice or some type of proof he could not produce one! And even if I did have that type of problem that is not something you talk ugly to a paying customer about. Did not pay bill and asked for the delivery man to come and pick up the fridge. The delivery man was very professional and in my book should put in for Manager he had way more people and business skills than who they have in that position.
